Beautiful Cards made with Tea Garden by Basic Grey

Today I wanted to share with you
some of the beautiful projects I made
with the Tea Garden Collection by Basic Grey
The colors in this collection are springy and light!
I found that the Distress Markers by Ranger coordinated perfectly with this collection!
I stamped flowers with coordinating colors to make this TAG

This card was stamped using Distress Markers
I stamped the image twice to create this look

This card was made using the coordinating stickers
and some Bo Bunny glitter paste to add sparkle!

The Glitter paste is by Bo Bunny
On this card I used a Spellbinder's die,
stickers from the collection,
and patterned paper also from the Tea Garden Collection
A pretty bow tied with some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts finished the look!
Happy Creating!

A Beautiful Christmas Card

Greetings Bloggers!
Here in Kansas City it's been so warm, that it's hard to believe that Christmas is right around the corner!  But Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here in no time, so to get us inspired  I am featuring a beautiful card given to me by my dear friend Terri Jennings.
Terri gave me this amazing card last Christmas, and I thought you would enjoy seeing it, and finding out how YOU can make cards like this yourself!
It's easier than you think!

To make this beautiful accordion card, Terri used the Katie Label Accordion die from Karen Burniston's line of Pop-It-Up Dies by Elizabeth Craft Designs.  These dies are compatible with most leading die-cutting machines and are easy and fun to use!

Using silver patterned paper, Terri embellished the front panels with pre-made card toppers she had in her stash.  She then cut out the framed edges using Katie Holly Framed Edges, and the Katie Star Framed Edges. See the cute detail in the corners where Terri swapped out the stars from the coordinating color?  Little details like this make a card extra-special!

Pop-It-Up dies are so easy to use, and allow you to create the most amazing cards you have ever made!  I invite you to hop over to the Elizabeth Craft Designs website and check out all the beautiful dies and accessories.  To see examples of these products, please visit Karen Burniston's blog, "I am not Left Handed, and see what her talented group of designers have made to inspire you!  To see Karen make a card using these dies go to her YouTube channel here!

I'm feeling so inspired that I am going to create a Christmas card today myself!   So please stop back by tomorrow to see what I came up with.  With these awesome dies, all you need is a bit of creativity, and the dies do the rest!

Rose Cafe' Update

Hi  Bloggers!  I finally got my computer running again!  I guess a 5 year old computer is considered a dinosaur!  LOL!  Let's see if I can catch you up...

I received a beautiful Bundle last month from FotoBella called Rose Cafe' by Bo Bunny.  It is a beautiful and very popular paper collection with papers in Blue, Yellow, Burgundy and Brown. The first project I made was a Valentine card.  I also made a couple other projects which were featured on the FotoBella blog. One was a cute tag. The other was a scrapbook page where I featured an old photo of my Grandparent's wedding.

This beautiful paper collection is available now from FotoBella, and I would recommend the "I want it all" Bundle if you are planning to create more than one project, and want all the embellishments that go with this collection!

Introducing the "Rose Cafe" Bundle (with a Valentine Card!)

Happy New Year!  I'd like to share with you a Valentine Card I made using

This is just gorgeous paper, and the embellishments are divine! It has a beautiful combination of blue, yellow and gray hues, paired with soft pink and burgundy. It may seem unusual to pair those colors, but the combination actually works beautifully!  I concentrated on the rose and burgundy colors to make this Valentine collage card. Here are some close-up views...

The Bundle comes with lots of embellishments!
I used the layered chipboard bird, among other embellishments
Chipboard, die cuts, buttons, and beautiful papers are all included!
For a step-by-step tutorial on how I made this card please visit the FotoBella blog. And,
